Adult Bible Study
On Wednesday, September
10th (9:15-11:00 AM) and Thursday, September 11th (7:15-9:00 PM), 2008 we will begin a new 24 week study titled Adventures in Matthew: The
King & His Kingdom.
Adventures in
Matthew, a video series by Jeff Cavins, focuses on Jesus as the
fulfillment of the promises of the Old Testament. It also touches on Jesus’
establishment of the Church as the
Kingdom of
Heaven
on earth. Set in rich Jewish culture, this study will help you understand
the universal truths of the
Kingdom
of
God; it will help
you understand more fully God’s will for us today.
St. Isidore Church’s Bible Study program is designed to
offer prayer, fellowship, and Scripture learning in a Roman Catholic
environment. The format includes time to socialize and pray as a faith
community, small group discussions of the weekly lessons, and wrap-up
videos.
