Ministry
of Mother's (MOMs) purpose is to educate women about the Catholic faith,
particularly concerning their primary vocation as wives and mothers, and to
assist them through mutual support in cultivating a deeper spirituality so
that each member can better live the Church’s teachings in their own
families, parishes and communities at large. It is the view of MOMs
that the future of the Catholic Church and of the local community rests on
the foundation of a strong family whose members are committed to their
faith and dedicated to their roles. |
The St. Isidore Mothers of
Young Children Playgroup (MOYC) is comprised of parishioners who have young
children and are looking to meet families with similar values. Through
playgroups, monthly meetings, special events, sub-clubs and community
outreach, members and their children have fun together while forming new
friendships. |
