Holy Water Container and Holy Water Fonts:  

Holy Water is water blessed by the priest for
the purpose of seeking a blessing from God.
It is a symbol of interior cleaning
interior purification.

Holy Water is used in the blessing of everything
which the church wishes to sanctify.
Besides the use of baptismal water, the
sprinkling with Holy Water is part of many ceremonies.

  We have a big container to keep water left
from Baptism and small containers by the door.
  We bless our selves with holy water whenever we enter
the church to remind ourselves that we are baptized.

Holy Water that is blessed as a reminder of our Baptism.
We make the Sign of the Cross with Holy water
when we enter or leave a church.
