Over the past fifty years, an extraordinary number of books have been written about various methods for meditation. |
| |
Although the methods and practices are many, they all aim toward the same goal, to still the flow of thoughts and desires that keep our hearts and minds from being fully open to God.
At St. Isidore, we offer drop-in meditation on Tuesdays, 9:00—10:00 am in room 222 of the Ministry Center. If you are looking for some peace and quiet, come discover a new way to pray, by sitting in silence in the presence of the Lord.
If you are new to this prayer form, instruction will be provided. |
| Are you living "the good life" but still feeling restless or empty? Do you want Catholic values for your children? Do you desire a supportive community for your faith? Could your interest reflect God's invitation to come closer? |
| Then might be for you! |
| Eight Wednesday evenings, beginning in January. Check the calendar for the next ReConnect series. Call to register. |
