Parish Pastoral Council
Membership of this organization includes the priests and permanent deacons of the parish, three parish members appointed by them and nine members at large elected by the parish. The council’s purpose is to provide a vehicle for priests and parishioners to work together to meet the spiritual and temporal needs of the parish. The group advises the Pastor, identifies needs and coordinates the lay organizations of the parish. The promotion of true Christian brotherhood and sisterhood is the ultimate goal.
Stewardship Committee
 The role of the Stewardship Committee is to develop and enhance parish awareness and involvement in Christian stewardship principles. The committee is made up of parishioners and staff members who meet on a regular basis. Because stewardship is a total way of life, there are various aspects of the program presented or highlighted at various times throughout the year. Annual Sacrificial Giving campaigns are conducted in the fall of each year, reminding parishioners of their responsibility to share part of their financial resources with the Church and the world’s poor. “Since you were dependable in a small matter I will put you in charge of larger affairs. Come share your Master’s joy” (Matt 25:23).

Parish Finance Council
A finance council that is regulated by universal law as well as by norms issued by diocesan bishop; in this council the Christian faithful, selected according to the same norms, aids the pastor in the administration of parish goods.
Rosarian’s: Rose Garden Helpers
 Members help with the pruning of the Rose Garden on a weekly basis. Members take a class on the proper way to prune roses to keep the Rose Garden in constant bloom during the spring and summer. The main goal of this ministry is to keep the Rose Garden looking beautiful.
Parish Library
 A large selection of video and audiotapes (due in one week) and books (due in two weeks) are in your library located in Our Lady of Grace room off the Vestibule. It is open on the first, third and fifth Sundays of the months after the 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM Masses. Library staff members are there to help you. ALL materials must be signed out and may be returned to the vestibule book drop any day before 5:00 PM. Donations of books, tapes and money are appreciated. If you wish you may leave your name for inclusion on a bookplate. We invite you to join the library staff. This ministry involves just 20 minutes every 3 months, after the 9:00 or 10:30 a.m. Mass. |
