Charismatic Prayer Group
In response to Papal directives and Vatican II mandate (Constitution on the Church, 12) , we gather together as one Body every Friday morning from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of the Ministry Center to give praise, honor, thanksgiving and glory to Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. This environment of praise and worship, singing, gifts of the Holy Spirit, scripture readings, teachings and testimonies. No two meetings are ever the same; they are directed as the Holy Spirits leads. After the prayer meetings there is personal prayer ministry for anyone who desires it. All are welcome. |
Vocations Ministry
The Vocations Ministry began in 1999. Our Mission dedication and ongoing goal is to educate, to raise consciousness, and to encourage participation in all callings to the Service of our Lord. Through our efforts we hope to encourage and excite our parishioners to consider a lifetime of service to God and each other, by entering the Priesthood, Sisterhood, and Brotherhood or as a Deacon or Lay Minister. Our focus is to have everyone, especially our teens', aware of the option of a calling to service. Our goal is to have vocations to religious life be thought of seriously and given consideration as a possibility by every Catholic teenager, who will at some point, consider his or her options in choosing a lifetime career. National Vocations Awareness Week begins the Second Sunday in January.
